HTA Connect (Mobile App)

The HTA Mobile App is funded by the California Workforce Development Board and the California State Economic Development Department. This app allows UNITE HERE Local 11 members with low seniority the ability to take shifts in local five star Los Angeles hotels  that match their skills and qualifications.

Key features of the app include;

1. Login with email and password

2. View and take shifts that match user profiles

3. Edit profiles, certifications, and preferences

4. Receive clear instruction on where to go, what to bring, etc.

Sunlight Media and the HTA team created a convenient tool that allows employees to review and accept shifts via the mobile app. It also allows hotel staff to post and monitor job shifts.
